PHP LDAP Authenticator broken

Hi Champs,

we've been using the LDAP authenticator fine for years until recently (late last week) when it just failed to work.

When staff attempt login, we get: "Invalid username or Password"

I've gone thru the documentation and believe everything is as per the setup/config docs.

The error log gives the following:
