I have an issue with some duplicate Title tags in Kayako which may be affecting my SEO. For some reason its picking up the same page twice; via two different URLs.
For example:
http://www.osirion.co.za/support/in...icle/View/504/26/moving-wordpress-how-to-move
http://www.osirion.co.za/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/504
This is just one of many examples, but of course, this is damaging not only because of duplicate title/description...
