open ticket from external webpage?

we have a webpage and I want integrate minimally with kayako.
I have ticket id in my site.
Is possible send the ticket id to url of kayako and open this ticket directly?

for example, open web with this url: http://serverkayako/staff/ticket/ID-TICKET
