I am trying to use Toad and MYSQL to extract data from Custom Ticket fields in Kayako Resolve 4.01.326. Before you say it ... yes I know custom fields are included in reporting in newer updates to the software, but my bosses refuse to upgrade any time soon and I need to start getting data out now.
I have been searching thru the forums and have found bits and pieces, but nothing that gives the whole picture of how the data is stored.
