I have tested the new Kayako integration with 4.60 and WHMCS 5.2.7.
I have noticed that if (CUSTOMER A) has e-mail address test@test.com, and (CUSTOMER B) has test@abc.com, then there is no real drama, right?
Well, if (A) changes his e-mail in WHMCS to (B) email address, and vice versa, each can read the opposing customers tickets, is this not risk to our customers?
Obviously the e-mail addresses need to be registered in Kayako/WHMCS for this to...
