So you have a "new" Kayako, many of us will remain on "classic coke" until whenever but with that said we have other of YOUR products that are dependencies and their maintenance is of a concern such as MOBILE. iOS 10 is in the works and Apple expects everyone...EVERYONE...to upgrade to their latest and does a terrible job of backwards compatibility. You can run a Windows program created 10-20 years ago on Windows but iOS is another story, maybe 2-3 years at best IF the planets are aligned!...
