I just got the following from my Kayako suport site.
The affirmwaresupport.com page isn’t working
affirmwaresupport.com is currently unable to handle this request.
It's been work fine for ages. I check stats and was work 4 days ago. I restored a back-up from 1 week and still getting the error message. My hosting people are not knowledgeable with scripts so not much help.
Anyone had similar issue?
