I'm using Kayako fusion 4.7. When our clients creates/reply a ticket, the IP address field below ticket shows a server IP address instead of client IP address. Could any one please suggest me what I'm doing wrong? We need the IP address field show a client's IP address.
We are using cPanel server to host Kayako Fusion.
Any quick help would be much appreciated.
