Hi everyone,
I am trying to work out how i would add an automatic response to a ticket as soon as its been raised, based on the department of the ticket.
for example.
A user raises a ticket via the web interface in the complaints department
I would like the system to automatically send them an email, the content of which is specific to this department, and no other email.
