No tickets? I haven't got a new ticket in two days.

Hello!

I average 20-30 new tickets a day but now we are no longer getting tickets to the main Customer Service inbox. I sent a test email from Kayako and it was delivered.

Any idea what could have happened and what I can try to resolve this. I know customers are sending emails to this email address.

Where'd they go? :eek:
