We keep seeing slow responses for our staff using the system when either trying to open a ticket or when clicking send to send an email to a customer. I am trying to understand exactly why as the server cpu usage doesn't seem high, however the server memory usage goes between 1.gb-4gb(its max) and it seems to be when it hits its memory limit.
