Cannot Update Templates - Just getting the "spinner" constantly

Hi,
We are using version 4.62.0.4394 of Kayako and trying to modify a default template, when I try to save it I cann't and the spinner keeps on 'spinning' for ever.

I will really appreciate if someone can please help us overcome this perpetual circle of doom - LOL
