Live chat window looses the email, print, sound off and timer from toolbar

Morning
We have inserted a new logo onto our helpdesk storefront - which in turn appears on the live chat window with no issues.
The chatlanding window happily displays the new logo and the toolbar with the close button.
Once the chat is engaged however the toolbar shrinks to a few pixels high and the toolbar buttons are either missing or obscured.
I don't suspect a logo size issue as the chatlanding screen is displaying ok.

I may have an issue with the html code for the buttons - does anyone...
