Looking for a Sort of Ticket Dashboard on Main Ticket Portal Home Page

I'm looking to make a Dashboard for how many tickets are open and what Priority they are.

I'm also looking to get it to show up on the main Page of the ticket portal. Red Outline on picture

Any help can be appreciated.
