how to track declined/ignored chats (by staff)

Hello- Is there a way to track or find out when Staff declines or ignores a chat? If the chat is not accepted by the third attempt we can see from the example below that Staff LaRosa's Super03 missed the chat (do you know if that was the first or third user to decline/ignore the chat?). But, if a chat were to be answered by the second or third round robin hit is there a way to see which Staff users are not accepting chats?
